Hello, dear visitor!
Are you looking to start yoga or Pilates because you’ve heard about the benefits, but feel a bit uncertain about turning up to an established class full of seasoned practitioners? Or do you want to move your practice to a different level and want to have my full attention and guidance?
A one-to-one session with me will give you:
- ability to progress at your own pace
- a fully customised approach
- weekly homework and goals to achieve, should you want them
- hands-on adjustment and body work where appropriate
- ability to record exercises on your phone
- time for yourself away from distractions
Private sessions are also perfect if you’ve been inactive for a long time, or if you’ve suffered an injury or an illness and are in the process of recovery, needing a personalised approach. Or perhaps you have a specific physical or mental health condition. I will do my best to help you within my capacity. We will spend as much time as is needed to deal with a particular issue, without the pressure of accommodating other people.
I work with all age groups — with the exception of children, but I’m happy to see teens as long as they have permission from their parents.
