1. Who are we?

We are BraveBodies, a company providing public, corporate and private yoga, Pilates and senior fitness classes in Southampton and London.

2. How do we collect information from you?

At the start of your first class, you will have filled out a form asking you to provide your name, email and relevant health information to ensure the class is appropriate for your level of fitness. You will have also signed a disclaimer on the back of the form.

3. Why do we hold and process information?

We process personal information to stay in touch with our clients in regards to general “housekeeping” — class updates, holidays, cancellations etc. BraveBodies also sends out a separate online newspaper. For this, an opt-in is also required on our registration form.

4. Controlling your information

You have certain rights concerning the information we hold about you, as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us.

5. Security

Your personal data is kept only for the purpose of ensuring your safety and well-being in BraveBodies classes. We never share this information with a third party.
